The staff were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. They were incredibly friendly and even let us enjoy breakfast after we checked out late. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from both the train station and the city center. We appreciated the convenience of the private parking, allowing us to easily park our car without any hassle. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, and we loved the daily cleaning service. The bed linen and towels were so white and fresh, giving us a feeling of luxury. We also enjoyed the presence of an elevator, making it easy to access our room. the hotel is a little dated, though it actually offers good and magnificent location.
The room is quite cold.

Exceptionally friendly hotel in a favourable position close to the centre of town. Location close enough to historical center, the historic downtown, and the train station. For tea or coffee visit Pasticceria Carmine nearby...

We absolutely loved our stay at this gem of a hotel in Pistoia. As bike riders, we were thrilled to find a private parking place for our bicycles. The cheerful man at the reception in the afternoon and evening made us feel right at home. The presence of an elevator made it easy for us to transport our bikes and luggage to our room. The daily provision of new towels was a nice touch, although they were a bit thin for extended use. The hotel's location near the center was perfect for us to explore the historic downtown area. We were also pleasantly surprised by the reasonable WiFi and the availability of a working table at our disposition. the hotel provided all the important features we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay.
The only downside we experienced during our stay was that the towels provided were a bit thin for extended use. Apart from this, we felt like part of the family in this hotel and didn't have any reason to complain.

For my Christmas trip, I loved the convenient location of the hotel. It was just a short walk away from the historic downtown area, making it very easy to explore the charming sights of the city. The staff were also incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home during my stay. the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, ensuring I started each day on a high note.
The room itself was a bit outdated. The carpets were faded and the overall decor could do with some modernizing.
